Lou is Director/Principal of Elders Real Estate Wollongong which he opened for business at the age of 28 and is now Principal of one of the Top 5 Real Estate offices in the Illawarra. Elders Wollongong is well known throughout the community as an ethical office that exceeds all client expectations.  Lou’s focus is on total commitment and professionalism toward his clients.
Lou specialises in selling Residential, Commercial, Rural and Industrial properties and his expertise is generally in the Wollongong area and has recently been appointed selling agent for a number of major commercial properties in the Illawarra. Lou is currently the leading Development Specialist in the Illawarra region and is also knowledgable about State Developments with direct consultation with NSW State Government. Lou has an innate ability to remain calm under extreme pressure and maximise the value of a client’s most valuable asset under any market condition. His sensitive and confidential approach to any sale makes him suited to this very competitive industry.
